Terms And Conditions

Terms & Conditions

The Terms and Conditions detailed below apply to all online bookings at www.llangollenhotels.co.uk and direct with any hotel operated by Llangollen Hotels Ltd. When you make a booking, your contract (which includes these terms and conditions) will be with Llangollen Hotels Ltd (hereafter referred to as Llangollen Hotels).
All rates featured are subject to availability and Llangollen Hotels reserves the right to refuse any booking for good reason.

Bookings
To make your booking you can book online at www.llangollenhotels.co.uk or call the hotel of your choice direct.
By making your booking you will be deemed to enter into a contract with Llangollen Hotels on these terms and conditions. Any alternative terms and conditions provided by you will not apply. By making the booking, you also become responsible for making all payments due under the booking. We reserve the right to reject your booking and no contract will exist between you and the hotel unless we confirm acceptance of your booking in writing or by accepting payment from you. An automated email acknowledging receipt of your booking shall not be treated as acceptance of your booking.

Payment
You will need to use a credit or debit card to make your booking and under normal circumstances a deposit or full pre-payment is required. Payment for additional goods or services will either be charged at the time or will fall due on departure. Payment at the hotel can also be made by gift vouchers, debit or credit card, cash and cheque, with a valid guarantee card.

Cancellations
Full payment or a deposit payment is required at the time of booking. Bookings should be paid for by credit card or debit card. All bookings are pre-paid and non-refundable. All other deposit payments made either online of offline are also non-refundable.
Please cancel any bookings made online by contacting the hotel direct. If you cancel your reservation with less than 24 hours before 2:00pm on the day of arrival then we reserve the right to charge you for your first night of accommodation.
Bookings for larger groups will have separate extended cancellation terms which are available from the hotel direct.
We would recommend purchasing travel insurance from a third party to cover you in the event of cancellation.

Cancellations/Amendments by us
In the unlikely event that we have to change or cancel your reservation, we reserve the right to do so. If this does arise you can: 1) accept the changed arrangements as notified to you, 2) make an alternative arrangement with us or, 3) cancel your reservation and receive a full refund of any monies paid.

Rates
All rates quoted are per room per night, are subject to availability and include Value Added Tax & Services. Rates quoted cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, offer or promotion except gift vouchers. Supplements will be applied where applicable for single and family room occupancy, and when superior rooms or suites are selected.
Availability of rooms at the rates displayed may be limited, the second best offer may be shown if there is no availability.
Some special interest breaks and additional extras cannot be booked online. Please telephone the hotel direct to make a booking if you have difficulty or any special requirements.
Certain special offers have limited availability and maybe withdrawn or amended.

Incidentals / Added Extras and Activities
Additional services, treatments and activities must be settled prior to departure.

Children Policy
Subject to the availability of suitable rooms children under the age of 3 can share a room and at no additional charge when sharing with 2 paying adults.
Children aged from 3 years to 15 years can share a room with adults at an additional charge of £15.00 per night per child which includes breakfast. Any additional meals will be charged as they are taken.
A maximum of 2 children can share a room with 2 adults.
Where children stay with one paying adult a single supplement will still be payable by the adult.
Subject to availability, two children up to the age of 15 years will only pay 50% of the adult rate each when they share an interconnecting room which adjoins the adult room.
Most of our hotels have a selection of family rooms, portable beds, bunk beds or similar, please contact the individual hotel for details.
The children’s pricing policy does not apply to Christmas and New Year Residential packages and certain other special offers and occasions. Please contact the hotel direct for details.

Single Guests
Individual guests using a single room are charged the standard per person rate. When no single room is available, individual guests may book a double or twin room and pay a single occupancy supplement. Please check the single supplement at time of booking.

Meals
Dinner inclusive breaks include a three-course Table d’hôte menu. Unless otherwise stated, with the exception of ‘room only’ bookings a full breakfast is included in all bookings. There is no refund available for any meals that are not taken and lunch cannot be taken instead of dinner.

Special Requests/Arrangements
Every effort will be made to carry out special requests, this unfortunately cannot always be guaranteed. Whilst every effort is made to fulfil your requests, unfortunately, we cannot guarantee these and failure to do so will not constitute a breach of contract.

Disabled Guests
Please make any special requests to your chosen hotel directly by telephoning ahead and we will be pleased to assist you.

Check-in and Check-out
Every effort is made to have your bedroom available from 2pm on the day of arrival.
Rooms must be vacated by 11.00am on the day of departure unless otherwise agreed and we reserve the right to apply a late checkout charge.
Subject to availability you may pre-book an Early Check-in from 12:00pm and/or a Late Check-out up to 2pm and each option attracts a separate charge of £10. Both options should be booked and paid for direct with the hotel and their availability cannot be guaranteed.

Spa Facilities
Where available, leisure facilities are mostly free of charge to use for guests staying overnight (subject to maximum capacity). Additional services including beauty treatments and hairdressing will be charged as taken. Treatments should be pre-booked directly with the hotel well in advance of arrival. Children under the age of 14 are not permitted to use the spa pool, steam room and sauna. Children aged 14 and over must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times when using the facilities.

Car Parking
Car parking in the hotel car park is free of charge. If you find a car park is full, you will be given directions to the nearest alternative site and there may be charges payable in alternative car parks. All vehicles are left entirely at the owner's/customer's own risk,

Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers may be purchased and redeemed against the cost of products and services at our hotels. Gift vouchers will not be accepted where they have passed their expiry date and no change can be given where the cost of the goods or services is less than the face value of the voucher(s). Full terms are printed on the reverse of each individual gift voucher. No refund or replacement can be given in the event that a gift voucher is lost.

Dogs
Guide dogs are welcomed at many of our hotels, please check prior to arrival.
You can bring your dog to stay in your room for £15. Any soiling or damage caused by the dog may incur a housekeeping charge.

Use of Personal Information
Langollen Hotels is committed to protecting the privacy and security of its on-line visitors. You can visit our web-site without telling us who you are or giving us any personally identifiable information. The following policy explains how Llangollen Hotels may use any information which you choose to submit via the web-site.
We collect personal information from visitors to this web site through the use of enquiry and reservation forms and every time you e-mail us your details.
IP addresses and data on general visitors to our web sites are collected by Llangollen Hotels.
Llangollen Hotels may use the details you provide for the following marketing purposes:
a) to enhance the service offered on the site and other Langollen Hotels services,
b) to inform you of programmes and products that you might find useful or of value,
c) to respond directly to requests and queries that you may submit on the Feedback/contact us page. We do not share your personal information with other 3rd parties.
Such information may be processed, used, reproduced, modified, translated, shared, published and distributed by Llangollen Hotels at its discretion, in any media in any location without royalty payment of any kind.
If you do not wish to receive such information please do not tick the 'opt in' button at the bottom of the screen. Information is also collected when payment is made on the on-line booking site by Secure Trading Limited The Mansion House, Plaistow Lane, Bromley, Kent, BR1 3TP. Secure Trading will not, under any circumstances, share or use the data internally or externally for their marketing purposes or otherwise use all information is held in the strictest of confidence and is only disclosed to Llangollen Hotels.

Smoking
Please note that Llangollen Hotels operates a 100% smoke-free policy for all areas of the hotel including guest accommodation. You will be charged an additional room reinstatement charge if you smoke in your room.

Internet Access
Where available, guest Wi-Fi services are used entirely at the guests own risk. Llangollen Hotels cannot be held responsible for any loss or interruption to service or any problems encountered by any equipment using the service.

Web-site Accuracy
Updates are frequently made to all areas of the web site and every effort is been made to ensure that all the information published is correct. We cannot accept responsibility for any errors or omissions, and reserve the right to vary, amend or cancel any information featured in the web site or brochure should we find such alterations necessary.

General
These terms and conditions contain all the terms and conditions between you and the hotel regarding your booking. No representation, undertaking, warranties or promise shall be taken to have been given or implied, except as set out in these terms and conditions or implied by law. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice to you.
In the event that any provision or right under these terms and conditions is found to be void, invalid, unlawful or otherwise unenforceable, then such part shall be severed from the remainder of the terms and conditions which shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
When making your booking you accept that any contract between you and Llangollen Hotels will be governed by the law of England. The English courts will have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute which may arise out of or in connection with any such contract.

Complaints or Comments
Any complaint or comment regarding a stay at a hotel should be made to the hotel's Duty Manager at the time of your visit so that it can be resolved at the time.
